Description
SOUDAL Soudaseal RV61 is used for sealant and bonding applications in the caravan and motorhome, car/coach building, marine, train and aerospace industries where structural elastic bonding between metal surfaces, coated surfaces and many plastics is required. It can also be used for connection joints in sheet metal fabrication and sealing of air conditioning units.
Soudaseal RV61 has an excellent adhesion on almost all substrates. Soudal Soudaseal RV61 has been tested on the following surfaces:

Characteristics
- Outstanding bond strength on nearly all surfaces
- High-performance mechanical properties
- Flexible elastic rubber, movement accommodation up to 20%
- Straightforward application even in adverse conditions
- No bubble formation within sealant (in high temperature and humidity applications)
- Very easy to tool and finish
- Good extrudability even at low temperatures
- Colour-stable and UV-resistant
- Ecological advantages: free of isocyanates, solvents, halogens and acids
- Minimal health and safety considerations
- Can be painted with all water-based paints and many other systems (to be tested)
LIMITATIONS
It is not suitable for use on polypropylene, polyethylene, or teflon.

Availability
We maintain low prices by keeping our stock levels to a minimum. We also deliver some items using our vehicles.

Returns
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase, and we’ll exchange or refund it. Unless the goods are faulty, please return the item within 30 days of receiving your order. The original condition refers to an undamaged, unused item with labels and original packaging.
Please use a signed-for and insured delivery service with proof of postage to return goods. We cannot reimburse the delivery cost for returning an unwanted item.
Goods Damaged In Transit
You must report goods damaged in transit within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.
